using such Password. You agree to notify Redefined Lighting immediately of any unauthorized use of any

Upon termination of your account, you agree that: (a) any use rights or licenses provided to you under the
Agreement will end, and (b) except to the extent prohibited by applicable law Redefined Lighting may (but
have no obligation to) permanently destroy all information associated with your or your account stored on
servers controlled by Redefined Lighting. Redefined Lighting is not liable to you or any third party for
compensation, reimbursement, or damages in connection with any termination or suspension of the Services or
any deletion of information associated with you or your account. Upon termination those terms that by their
nature are intended to survive termination (such as intellectual property ownership, arbitration
obligations, indemnification obligations, limitations of liability, and payment obligations owed to
Redefined Lighting that accrued prior to the termination and any other amounts owed by you under the
Agreement, including claims, fines, penalties, and other liability incurred by Redefined Lighting caused by
your use of the Services) will survive.
